Returns & exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days from the time of delivery and we will gladly exchange your order no questions asked.
Please send us an email at with your invoice number to initiate the exchange. Shipping fees may apply.
Returns are also accepted for a store credit. to be used on your next purchase.
All items purchased have to be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
The value of goods exchanged has to be the same or equivalent to the original purchase before any applied discounts or coupons. Coupons or discounts cannot be applied in an exchange transaction. If you wish to exchange an item for one that is higher in value, payment can be made to cover the difference.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their item(s) from their location to UniqueStraps.com unless UniqueStraps.com has made a mistake with their order.
If you are a RePLATEit.com customer, you can combine your case refinishing order with any straps you would like to exchange. You can also have your watch strap order shipped at the same time as your RePLATEit.com refinishing order.
