Payment and Shipping
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Please contact us at replateit@gmail.com should you require any assistance.
All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from the day of your purchase, either by letter mail or USPS Priority Mail.

Yes! Please use the following codes at check out:
D30: 30% off with any purchase $150 or more
D40: 40% off with any purchase $250 or more
D50: 50% off with any purchase $550 or more

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange an exchange—no questions asked.
To begin an exchange, email us at replateit@gmail.com and include your invoice number. Please note that shipping fees may apply.
Returns for Store Credit
If you prefer to return your item, we are happy to issue a store credit that can be used toward your next purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
Exchange Value
The value of the exchanged item must be equal to the original purchase price before any discounts or coupons were applied. Discounts and coupons cannot be applied to exchange transactions.
If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, you may pay the difference.
Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to UniqueStraps.com, unless the return is required due to an error on our part. Please note that all shipping fees—both original and return—are non‑refundable.
If you are a RePLATEit.com customer, you may combine your case refinishing order with any strap exchanges or choose to have your watch strap order shipped together with your refinishing order. To arrange this, please contact us at replateit@gmail.com.
